This Weeks Star Property is on The Isle of Anglesey
This week we head up northwest to the historic island off Wales; The Isle of Anglesey. Accessible by two bridges, you can either cross the 19th-century Menai Suspension Bridge or the Britannia Bridge to discover this beautiful Welsh island full of character and home to Britain's longest place name, Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch!! Most of the coast is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there is some beautiful architecture to discover, in the form of Beaumaris Castle and Plas Newydd House. This is on my list of places to visit when lockdown is over.
The property I have chosen is a 5 bedroom property in Pencraigwen, Llannerch-Y-Medd. on the market with Dafydd Hardy for £685,000. Follow Dafydd Hardy on Instagram @dafydd_hardy
Let's have a look around this gorgeous property!
This is an impressive 5 bedroom detached residence, architecturally designed and built by the current vendors over the past 3 years, set in a large garden and paddock, located in the heart of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey Countryside.
The stunning Kitchen/Diner is swathed in natural light from the glass gable and the 7metre Origin bi-fold doors open out onto the extensive patio that is surrounded by well-manicured lawns and has a fantastic space for entertaining including a hot tub.
The Living Room that is accessed via the large kitchen/diner has a stone Inglenook fireplace and log burner with 3 windows, 2 of which are south facing.
Also to the ground floor is the Utility Room and 3 Bedrooms, all of which have their own En-Suite Shower Room with the larger bedroom being and En-Suite/Wet Room. All the downstairs bedrooms are south facing, enjoying views towards the Snowdonia Mountain Range.
The oak and glass staircase leads to the large landing, this boasts a comfortable seating area which currently has 2 sofas and enjoys natural light from the Velux windows and glass gable. Leading from the landing is a Cinema Room.
The Master Bedroom haa stunning En-Suite with freestanding bath, a large shower and vanity unit and the fourth bedroom with En-Suite and countryside views.
I think the winner for me is this hot tub in the garden, with views over Snowdonia! Find me in here with a long drink!
